We have a number of programs for you to get your sweat on. From foundation CrossFit courses to advanced classes, we have it all.

What is CrossFit?


CrossFit is a relatively new fitness medium. It combines constantly varied, functional movements, executed at high intensity.

We use what your body was built to do in daily life, add some weights and endurance exercises and repeat until you are left in a puddle of sweat.

The adults class is carefully planned to improve cardio endurance, stamina, strength, power, speed, agility, balance, flexibility and coordination.

This course is an overhaul course which serves to completely transform you into a better CrossFitter. The workout will consist of a dynamic warmup, skill work, plyometric exercises, an interval workout, then a structured cool down.

The workouts are fun and adjustable for all athletes.

What if working out was fun?

CrossFit kids is a unique course, combining gymnastics, body weight exercises and plyometric to develop the capacity within kids to improve general physical skills and of course have some fun while doing so.

For CrossFit kids, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun, thus creating a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children.

Rome wasn’t built in a day.

We understand that it takes time to develop the CrossFit endurance. Afterall, you have walk first before you take off running.

Our beginner’s program is for those with no prior CrossFit experience and who are ready to get started in a group setting.

Basic CrossFit movements will be covered in addition to specific core functions. Emphasis will be placed on correct and safe movement patterns and scaling options so that newcomers feel prepared to join advanced CrossFit classes with confidence.

You have what it takes?

These classes are for the advanced CrossFitters looking for a more challenging test of fitness.

Expect the entire time to be filled from start to finish with strength work, gymnastics work and a hybrid of everything CrossFit, which will often incorporate more challenging skills and combinations of movements.

Strap on on your wrist and knee supports, everything is fair game in this class.
